Why Grant Pipeline

Who we help
South West charities with annual income of £250,000–£750,000, particularly those without a dedicated trusts fundraiser. Our initial focus is Dorset, Somerset and Bristol.
What we deliver
A managed funding pipeline: relevant opportunities assessed for eligibility, fit, timing and application effort, with clear priorities and next steps.
Why it matters
Your team can focus its application time on the opportunities most worth pursuing. Funding decisions remain with the funder.

How it works

1. Understand your priorities
We discuss your charity’s activities, funding needs, existing funders and capacity to prepare applications.
2. Build your pipeline
We research relevant opportunities, assess their fit and prioritise them around your needs and deadlines.
3. Keep next steps clear
We maintain your pipeline as opportunities and priorities change. Your team provides project information, evidence and decisions.
4. Add support when needed
Bid review and application writing are available with a separate scope and price agreed before work begins.
